This company is 100% incompetent and dishonest and they should really be reimbursing me for my valuable time that I have spent trying to get their mess figured out. – The management is very unprofessional and their stock guys harass the female employees and customers. The managers do not understand respect or common curtosy. I really loved the concept of this store but don't let them fool you its all junk, even the fabric is over priced.
There are two 3 inch holes in the back that have a bar down the center of the hole which leaves no room to get all cords thru that are needed for a true media console. Unfortunately when I called they are not standing behind a product that is not a true media console. So I am out $500 in "white glove delivery" for a product that was falsely advertised.

I have never had a worse experience trying to purchase from a company than I have had with High Fashion Home. I ordered a very expensive Four Hands bed from their website, had it delivered and it was missing several pieces, no hardware and no instructions. I contacted them and they said that they would take care of it, but I needed to not only tell them what I was missing, but take pictures of everything that I actually received. I did this and explained what I was missing. It has now been one month with an unusable bed and they have our money. I finally did a chargeback through my credit card company and am purchasing the bed for Four Hands themselves.
